Biblical Code in Novel "Perfume" by Patric Suskind. Part ІIІ. The Redolence of Spirit

The author analyzes the biblical code of novel "Perfume" written by Рatric Suskind, suggests that the one of the possible codes of novel interpretation is biblical, pays special attention to the analysis of a large number of marked and unmarked allusions to the Bible, foremost on semantics of aromas and their functions in the text, and basing on the conducted research proves that the free use of themes and images of the Old and New Testaments in the novel images can be considered as one of the fundamental principles of author’s strategy. It is sent to the exposure of man as a potential creator and refutation of spiritual sense of culture.
